How do I order?
1. Place your article in the shopping cart.

2. Go to my cart and put it ready for approval.

3. Choose a shipping method and payment.

4. Save your order again for approval. 
You can pay online by IDEAL or pay in advance.  If you have a foreign bankaccount you can`t choose for Ideal so you must pay in advance. You can find our banknumber and IBAN at the invoice.
After receiving your payment we will send your item within 1 week.
You`ll get also a message when your article is sent.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within Netherlands:

Packages up to 10 kg € 7,95
Packages 10 to 30 kg € 12,95

Shipping abroad in Europe:

Packages up to 2 kg € 13,10
Packages 2 to 5 kg € 19,50

For the deliverycosts of furniture we will contact you first.
 
How do I pay?
* You can pay online by IDEAL, securely through your own bank.
By using IDEAL your payment goes faster so your package will arrive also sooner.

 
* You can also choose to pay in advance via bank transfer, you can transfer your purchase amount to accountnumber: 9110372 (ING) on the name Sunny Gifts in Rijswijk (nl) stating your customer number and order number.

What are the delivery terms?
Sunny Gifts strives to the utmost to keep items in stock. Yet it can happen (especially with the mosaic furniture, because of the many possible combinations) that this is not the case.

* If in stock, the delivery will take up to 1 week.

* If not in stock delivery will be between 2 and maximum of 12 weeks. We will report this to you in our confirmation.

* If the article has a long delivery time, we ask you to advance a deposit of 25%. We will then place your order in India.

* Are you not willing to wait until your item can be sent, you can still cancel your order.

Can I return something?
You can return anything within 8 days if something is damaged when its arrived. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and notify by sunnygifts@ziggo.nl. You pay for the shippingcosts of retuning. After we have received the damaged article we will return your purchase amount.
